1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Depending on how you contact us, we may process:

• your full name, phone number and email address,
• information included in your enquiry, including details of the product, location or planned machine configuration,
• data related to further correspondence and quotation preparation,
• technical website data such as IP address, device and browser type, approximate visit time and server log information.

Please do not provide special-category data in the form, such as health information, beliefs or identity documents.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your enquiry, contacting you and preparing a quotation — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing correspondence, customer service and documenting arrangements — the controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — the controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Ensuring security and proper website operation and compiling aggregate visitor statistics — the controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Compliance with accounting, tax or other legal obligations, if a contract is concluded — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without the required fields we cannot receive or answer your enquiry.

4. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to service providers supporting the controller, solely to the extent necessary to provide their services, in particular:

• hosting, website maintenance and IT service providers,
• email and communication tool providers,
• service, legal, accounting or administrative providers where necessary to handle the matter,
• authorised public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers use safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we retain data

• enquiry data — for the time needed to answer and conclude discussions, then for no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a contract is concluded or longer retention is necessary to protect legal claims,
• contract and accounting data — for the term of the contract and the period required by tax, accounting and limitation laws,
• technical security logs — generally no longer than 12 months, unless longer retention is required to investigate an incident.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy,
• rectify or complete your data,
• request erasure or restriction of processing,
• data portability where processing is based on a contract and carried out by automated means,
• object to processing based on the controller’s legitimate interests.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office if you believe your data is processed unlawfully.

7. Statistics, cookies and profiling

The website may record basic technical data and aggregate statistics such as unique visitors and page views. This supports security, website maintenance and usability assessment.

The website does not currently use advertising profiling or make decisions with legal effects by solely automated means. We do not use marketing cookies. If consent-based tools are added in the future, an appropriate choice mechanism will be provided and this policy will be updated.

8. Security

We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access is limited to persons and entities that need it to perform specific tasks.
